Refund Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026. How refunds and replacements are handled for LuminaryTV orders.
1. Our goal
Most orders activate shortly after payment. If something goes wrong on our side, we will work to restore access or issue a remedy confirmed in writing by support.
2. Eligibility window
Refund eligibility, when applicable, is confirmed by support for your specific order. Digital credentials that have been actively used may be ineligible for a full refund. Always try the 48-hour free trial before buying a long plan when possible.
3. How to request help
Message support via contact or Telegram with your order email, payment reference, device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not share passwords in public chats.
4. Non-refundable situations
Issues caused by unsupported devices, insufficient internet speed, buyer's remorse after extended use, or third-party app misconfiguration are typically not refundable. See compatible devices and FAQ.
5. Chargebacks
